Fleet agreements
We discount operational efficiency, not headcount. Vehicles serviced together, at one location, in fixed windows are what actually lowers our cost, so that is what lowers your price.
Tiers
| Fleet size | Terms | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| 2–4 vehicles | Standard plans | Share dispatch when serviced together. |
| 5–19 at one location | Test 5% cleaning discount | With fixed service windows. |
| 20–49 predictable volume | Test 8–10% | Discount follows predictable volume. |
| 50+ | Custom agreement | Staffing and capacity agreed directly. |
| Dedicated on-site crew | Monthly staffing minimum + supplies + overhead | Priced as a crew, not as a discount. |
| Multiple cities | One agreement + reporting, local rates | Rates stay local; the agreement does not. |
Percentages shown are what we intend to test, not established rates. Pilot pricing, in USD, before tax, and subject to inspection. Base prices assume a lightly soiled passenger vehicle serviced at our location. Larger vehicles, heavy contamination and mobile travel cost more.
What sits outside any discount
No stacking
Fleet discounts do not stack on already-discounted packages.
Pass-through stays pass-through
Electricity, parts, towing and third-party invoices are outside the discount. We do not discount somebody else's invoice.
Pooling needs an agreement
A standard plan is tied to one vehicle. Pooling visits across vehicles is a fleet-agreement feature.

Common questions
What earns a fleet discount?
Operational efficiency, not headcount. Five to nineteen vehicles at ONE location with fixed service windows is what we can test a 5 percent cleaning discount against. Twenty to forty-nine with predictable volume tests 8 to 10 percent. Fifty and above is a custom staffing and capacity agreement.
Can a fleet pool visits across vehicles?
Yes, and it is the one case where pooling is allowed. A standard plan is tied to one vehicle; pooling happens only under a fleet agreement.
Do discounts stack?
No. There is no stacking on already-discounted packages, and electricity, parts, towing and third-party invoices sit outside the discount entirely.
Do you offer full fleet management?
Extensive operational management is something we intend to test at $299 to $599 per vehicle per month, separate from the physical services. We begin with flat fees. Revenue-share only happens where there is reliable platform data to base it on, and there is not yet.
Is fleet reporting software available?
Not today. Fleet reporting software is a future product we would expect to price at $19 to $49 per vehicle per month, and custom fleet integration at $1,000 to $5,000 setup. We are not selling either yet.
